Revolution Outdoors – Comprehensive Terms, Policies & Liability Statement
1. General Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Revolution Outdoors or any of its sub-brands — including Revolution Apparel Co., LéRev, REVO Outdoor Vehicles, Built to Customize, Lil’ Rev, and Revolution Gear — you agree to all terms outlined herein. This constitutes a binding agreement under applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas.
Policy Modifications: Revolution Outdoors reserves the right to change, amend, or update any section of these policies at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of our services or products after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Limited Liability Clause: Revolution Outdoors is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes (but is not limited to) loss of revenue, vehicle failure, injury, property damage, or regulatory interference unless required by law.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, labor shortages, governmental actions, civil unrest, war, power outages, and global supply chain interruptions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas. Legal disputes shall be resolved only in Bexar County, Texas.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Before legal action, all disputes must undergo mediation. If mediation fails, parties agree to binding arbitration in Bexar County, TX, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. This clause excludes class-action lawsuits and court trials where legally allowed.
2. Privacy Policy
Revolution Outdoors is committed to protecting customer privacy in accordance with U.S. federal laws and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

3. General Return & Refund Policy (Applies to All Sub-Brands)
By purchasing any product from Revolution Outdoors or its sub-brands, you agree to the following return, refund, and exchange conditions.
Return Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved. Customers must contact us at cs@revolutionoutdoors.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping an item back. Returns sent without approval will be rejected and may be discarded without reimbursement.

All return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery, unless otherwise required by state or federal law.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
Returns for custom, modified, or personalized products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs: Unless legally required (e.g., due to proven defect or misrepresentation), all return shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility. Revolution Outdoors does not provide return labels or reimbursement for return shipping.
Processing Time: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Denial of Refund: Revolution Outdoors reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange if:
Items are damaged or show signs of wear or use
Packaging is missing or altered
Products do not meet eligibility guidelines
Final Sale Products: The following are considered final sale and are non-returnable:
Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Custom golf carts, apparel, gear, or accessories
Wholesale and B2B orders
Promotional or limited-edition bundles
4. Wholesale, B2B, Imports, and Custom Orders
Revolution Outdoors frequently serves businesses, dealers, outfitters, and special-order clients. The following applies to all non-consumer orders:
Wholesale & B2B Orders:
All sales are final unless required by law
We offer no refunds, exchanges, or credit on wholesale orders
Pricing, timelines, and delivery are subject to change due to market conditions and supply chain factors
Custom Orders & Build-to-Spec Products:
Once payment is received and production begins, orders may not be canceled or changed
This includes all custom REVO golf carts, vehicles, wrapped products, branded items, and made-to-order apparel
Custom production lead times are estimates and may vary due to sourcing, logistics, and transportation issues
Golf Cart Production & Delivery:
Custom golf cart builds may require 4–12 weeks, depending on scope, materials, and overseas components
We are not liable for international shipping delays, customs clearance issues, container shortages, or freight disruptions
Import Liability Waiver: Revolution Outdoors is not responsible for:
Customs holds, seizures, or rejections
Import tariffs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country or local municipality
Regulatory compliance with foreign laws
Carrier delays or delivery refusals due to international restrictions
Damage or Defect Claims:
Any claims for product damage or defect must be submitted to cs@revolutionoutdoors.com within 5 business days of delivery
Claims made after 5 days will not be eligible for investigation or compensation
5. Legal Disclaimers & Waiver of Liability
By using our website, purchasing our products, or participating in our customization services, you agree to the following legal disclaimers:
Use at Own Risk: All Revolution Outdoors products are used solely at the buyer’s risk. This includes golf carts, apparel, vehicles, gear, electronics, tools, and accessories. We assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred through use, storage, charging, maintenance, or operation.
No Warranty Unless Stated: Unless a warranty is explicitly listed in writing on the product page or invoice, all products are sold “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied. This includes merchantability, performance guarantees, or fitness for a particular purpose, per the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Texas warranty law.
No Liability for Customer Error: We are not responsible for customer mistakes, including incorrect orders, product selection, sizing, improper installation, or unapproved modifications.
Loss, Theft, or Damage in Return Transit: Revolution Outdoors is not liable for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen return shipments. We strongly recommend using trackable, insured shipping for all returns.
Indemnification: By purchasing, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revolution Outdoors and its affiliates from all third-party claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our products.
Policy Changes: These policies are subject to updates or amendments without notice, provided changes remain within legal guidelines set by state or federal agencies.
